Preparation only

Messenger App Review Readiness

A reviewer-safe readiness page for SmartBiz Facebook Messenger preparation. It explains why future permissions may be needed, what safety controls are already visible, and what remains blocked before real Meta App Review.

No live Messenger connection from this website. App Review has not been submitted, real Meta Login is not active, and SmartBiz does not claim Meta approval or partnership.

Operator and product purpose

SmartBiz is operated by E STREAM MEDIA EMPIRE, a Malaysia-registered business.

SmartBiz helps Australian property agents and real estate sales teams review buyer intent, organize lead conversations, and prepare clearer next steps for human review. Agents remain responsible for final customer communication.

Permission rationale draft

Future Messenger permissions

  • pages_show_list: to let a signed-in Page admin choose an eligible Page they manage during a future Meta Login flow.
  • pages_manage_metadata: to support approved webhook subscription and Page connection status after owner-approved implementation.
  • pages_messaging: to receive and support Messenger conversation workflows after App Review and explicit enablement.
  • business_management: deferred unless a later Meta requirement proves it is necessary.

Current status

Not submitted and not live

  • App Review is NOT ready to submit until real implementation and internal evidence are owner-approved.
  • No real OAuth, Meta Login redirect, Page token handling, Graph API call, or n8n live connection is active.
  • AI reply remains OFF and outbound queue remains OFF.
  • Human review and handoff remain required before any customer communication.

Disabled route behavior

Future Messenger setup routes are deployed only as disabled, fail-closed skeletons.

  • GET /api/meta/login/start: HTTP 501 disabled.
  • GET /api/meta/login/callback: HTTP 501 disabled.
  • GET /api/meta/pages: HTTP 501 disabled.
  • POST /api/meta/pages/connect: HTTP 501 disabled.
  • POST /api/meta/pages/disconnect: HTTP 501 disabled.

Disabled responses include meta_connect_route_disabled, feature_enabled:false, and live_action_performed:false.

Webhook safety summary

The Messenger webhook route remains passive and fail-closed.

  • GET webhook with no verify token: HTTP 403.
  • GET webhook with invalid verify token: HTTP 403.
  • POST webhook with no signature: HTTP 403.
  • POST webhook with invalid signature: HTTP 403.

No live Messenger message is sent by these readiness checks.

  • App Review submission and Advanced Access request if required.

  • Production customer testing.

These actions are not performed by this page and require separate owner-approved RED / HARD STOP tasks.
