How SmartBiz handles information

Information we may collect

• Account details such as name, email, and optional company name.
• Signup and trial status needed to manage access.
• Buyer profile inputs entered into SmartBiz tools or reports.
• Basic usage events such as signup, checkout, dashboard view, and report generation.
• Connected Facebook Page authorization metadata when a Page admin connects a Page to SmartBiz.
• Messenger webhook events for connected Pages, such as message events and delivery-related events needed to provide the service.
• Support or tester feedback you choose to send.

How we use information

• To create and manage SmartBiz Advisor X trial access.
• To generate AI-assisted reply, buyer readiness, and client strategy outputs.
• To process Page messages for connected Pages when a Page admin has authorized SmartBiz through an approved platform authorization flow.
• To improve the product during first tester access.
• To troubleshoot bugs, signup issues, checkout issues, and dashboard access.
• To respond to support requests.

Connected Facebook Pages and Messenger

SmartBiz may allow users to connect their Facebook Page after authorization through an approved platform authorization flow. If a Page admin authorizes the connection, SmartBiz may receive Messenger platform events for connected Pages and may process Page messages to provide AI-assisted reply and strategy features.

SmartBiz does not collect a Page URL as a substitute for authorization. A Page connection must be authorized by the appropriate Page admin through Meta's authorization flow.

Data use limits

SmartBiz does not sell user or customer data. SmartBiz uses information to operate the service, support connected channels, respond to requests, improve reliability, and comply with legal or platform obligations.

SmartBiz does not guarantee sales, leads, appointments, approvals, or business outcomes.

Payments

SmartBiz may use Stripe Checkout for trial and subscription payment handling. Payment details are processed by Stripe. SmartBiz does not store full card numbers in this website codebase.

Important limitation

SmartBiz provides business automation and AI strategy assistance for property conversations. It is not legal, financial, tax, mortgage, property valuation, or investment advice.
