SmartBiz Advisor X is an AI Strategy Intelligence system for property agents and real estate sales teams. It helps users understand buyer readiness, hidden concerns, decision triggers, and follow-up strategy.

Not professional advice

SmartBiz Advisor X is not legal, financial, mortgage, tax, property valuation, or investment advice. Users remain responsible for their own professional judgment, customer communication, compliance, and business decisions.

Trial and billing

SmartBiz Advisor X offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, continued access is $49/month unless cancelled before billing starts. Stripe handles checkout and payment processing.

Final billing support details should be confirmed before wider public launch.

Cancellation

Users should be able to cancel before the trial ends to avoid the monthly subscription charge. If cancellation support is needed during first tester access, contact SmartBiz support through the Support page.

Acceptable use

Do not use SmartBiz to mislead customers, make unsupported financial promises, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
