SmartBiz terms
These terms explain responsible use of SmartBiz, SmartBiz AI Sales Brain, and connected channel features.
Business details
SmartBiz is operated by E STREAM MEDIA EMPIRE, a Malaysia-registered business.
SmartBiz is the service brand and user experience. E STREAM MEDIA EMPIRE is the legal operator.
Service purpose
SmartBiz is business automation and AI strategy assistance software for property agents and real estate sales teams. SmartBiz AI Sales Brain helps users understand buyer readiness, hidden concerns, decision triggers, reply options, and follow-up strategy.
User responsibility
Users remain responsible for their own customer communications, professional judgment, compliance, claims, offers, pricing, appointments, and business decisions. SmartBiz does not replace human review or professional advice.
No guaranteed outcomes
SmartBiz does not guarantee sales, leads, appointments, approvals, revenue, conversions, platform approval, or any other business outcome. Any AI-generated suggestion must be reviewed by the user before use.
Meta and messaging compliance
Users must comply with Meta platform policies, messaging rules, privacy laws, anti-spam rules, advertising rules, and applicable local law. Users must only connect Pages and channels they are authorized to manage.
Acceptable use
Do not use SmartBiz to mislead customers, impersonate others, send unlawful or abusive messages, make unsupported financial promises, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
Suspension for misuse
E STREAM MEDIA EMPIRE may suspend or restrict access if SmartBiz is used for misuse, policy violations, unauthorized channel access, abusive automation, security risk, or unlawful activity.
Connected channels
Some SmartBiz features may allow Page admins to connect a Facebook Page or other business channel after authorization. Users can disconnect later where supported, and support can assist with deletion or access questions.
Not professional advice
SmartBiz is not legal, financial, mortgage, tax, property valuation, or investment advice. Users should verify important claims, numbers, and customer-facing messages before sending them.
Trial, billing, cancellation, and refunds
The SmartBiz Advisor X self-serve plan starts with a 7-day free trial only after Stripe Checkout is completed and verified. Stripe may collect payment details during checkout and shows the exact trial, renewal price, and amount due before card entry.
After the trial, continued access is USD 49.00/month unless cancelled before billing starts. Use trusted account or Stripe-hosted billing controls when available, or contact Support for billing and cancellation guidance without sending card details or payment screenshots.
If cancellation happens after a charge, access normally remains available until the paid-through period ends unless support confirms otherwise. Refund requests are reviewed by support and are not automatic. SmartBiz does not need card numbers, billing screenshots, invoice IDs, Stripe IDs, passwords, or OTPs to help with billing questions.
