Future admin flow

  1. Property agent signs in to SmartBiz.
  2. Agent opens Facebook Page channel settings.
  3. Agent authorizes through Meta Login.
  4. Agent selects a Facebook Page they manage.
  5. SmartBiz records connection status after proper approval and authorization.
  6. AI replies remain OFF by default until explicitly enabled.
  7. Agent can disconnect later and request data deletion.

Authorization boundary

Future connection requires Meta Login authorization from a Page admin. A Facebook Page URL alone is not enough because it does not prove the user can manage or authorize that Page.

SmartBiz will not collect Page URLs, access tokens, app secrets, or verify tokens from this preview screen.

  • No real Meta Login or OAuth redirect.

  • No Page token handling.
  • No webhook subscription change.
  • No AI auto-reply.
  • No App Review submission.
