Can I cancel?

Is this legal, financial, or investment advice?
No. SmartBiz Advisor X provides strategy intelligence and sales workflow support. It is not legal, financial, mortgage, tax, property valuation, or investment advice.
Does SmartBiz Advisor X replace property agents?
No. It helps agents think more clearly and respond more strategically. The agent remains responsible for client relationship, advice, and closing.
Which market is SmartBiz Advisor X built for first?
The public product is built for property agents and real estate sales teams. The initial beachhead market is Australia property agents.
Do I need to set up n8n myself?
No. n8n is SmartBiz backend infrastructure. Early pilots may use guided setup, but the product goal is a managed SaaS experience where agents do not configure automation nodes.
Do reports update automatically from WhatsApp or Messenger conversations?
In the managed AI Sales Brain roadmap, yes. Conversation data should sync into the SmartBiz dashboard and generate reports automatically when enough buyer signals are collected. The current $49 starter is manual intelligence access while managed channel sync is planned for Pro and Growth tiers.
Do I receive the full n8n workflow after subscribing?
No, not as the main SaaS model. The SaaS value is managed setup, synced reports, dashboard value, and ongoing improvement. DIY workflow templates may be a separate one-time product.
Can SmartBiz connect to my WhatsApp?
Future WhatsApp connection is planned through WhatsApp Business Platform and guided onboarding. SmartBiz should not promise instant personal WhatsApp takeover.

What is the difference between the DIY Kit and $99 Pro?
The DIY Kit is a self-hosted technical template for basic WhatsApp or Telegram + ChatGPT replies. $99 Pro is the managed AI Sales Brain for one listing or project with conversation sync and dashboard reports.
Why does the demo not use suggested reply buttons?
The default public demo uses natural unguided input because real buyer conversations are unpredictable. SmartBiz must prove it can handle unknown buyer replies, not scripted choices. Suggested reply chips would make the demo feel safe but not honest. The natural input demo is a stronger, more accurate test of the AI Sales Brain.
Is the AI Sales Brain just a chatbot?
No. It is not a chatbot and it is not a form. A chatbot answers questions with scripted replies. The SmartBiz AI Sales Brain analyzes what a buyer says, detects hidden concerns, readiness signals, and the key decision trigger, then prepares an agent strategy brief.
What happens in the future managed version?
In the managed AI Sales Brain Pro and Growth tiers, SmartBiz will sync real lead conversations from WhatsApp, Messenger, or Telegram into the dashboard automatically. Reports and appointment strategy briefs will be generated without the agent doing any manual input.
Will agents need to configure n8n themselves?
No. n8n is SmartBiz internal infrastructure. Agents use guided setup and the strategy dashboard. There is no technical automation configuration required. A separate DIY Automation Kit may be offered in the future as a distinct product, but it is not part of the main SaaS subscription.
How is the Roleplay Demo different from the Free Tool?
The Free Buyer Readiness Score Tool is a manual form. You fill in details about a buyer and get a score. The Roleplay Demo is a live AI Sales Brain: you type freely as the buyer, and SmartBiz responds, detects signals live, and generates a full agent strategy report at the end. The demo shows what the managed system will do with real buyer conversations.
