  • Disabled setup routes: ready as non-live skeletons for Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp Business.

Reply controls remain OFF

  • AI reply OFF: no automatic customer response is active.
  • Outbound reply queue OFF: draft-only, human-review-required structure for future use.
  • Owner action required: WhatsApp number registration, Meta permissions, and App Review remain separate gated steps.
