Planned connection flow

This feature will allow Page admins to connect their Facebook Page to SmartBiz through an approved platform login flow before SmartBiz can receive Messenger events.

Authorization required

SmartBiz will not collect a Page URL as a substitute for authorization. A Page URL alone does not prove that a user can manage the Page or authorize messaging features.

What connection may enable

• Let a Page admin select an authorized Facebook Page.
• Allow SmartBiz to receive Messenger events only after proper authorization, review, and owner approval.
• Prepare future AI-assisted reply drafts and sales strategy features only after manual review, owner approval, and channel readiness.
• Show channel status inside SmartBiz settings when the feature is available.

Disconnecting later

Users can disconnect later where supported. Users may also remove app access from their Meta account or business settings. SmartBiz support can assist with data deletion and channel access questions.
