For property agents and Page admins preparing to connect Facebook Page Messenger to SmartBiz after the required Meta authorization and safety review are complete.

Future connection flow

  1. Sign in to SmartBiz.
  2. Click Connect Facebook Page.
  3. Authorize through Meta Login.
  4. Select a Page you manage.
  5. SmartBiz verifies the connection.
  6. AI reply remains OFF by default.
  7. Users can disconnect later.

Authorization required

Users must authorize through Meta Login before SmartBiz can receive Page-related permissions or Messenger events.

SmartBiz will not collect a Page URL as a substitute for authorization. A Page URL alone does not prove that a user can manage the Page or authorize messaging features.

What SmartBiz may access later

  • Page identity and Page name for an authorized Facebook Page.
  • Messenger webhook events for the connected Page.
  • Message events needed to help manage lead conversations where permitted.
  • Connection status inside SmartBiz settings when the feature is available.

What SmartBiz will not do

  • It will not connect a Page from a pasted Page URL alone.
  • It will not send AI replies unless explicitly enabled later.
  • It will not sell user or customer data.
  • It will not connect customer Pages before proper approval and authorization.
  • It does not guarantee leads, sales, appointments, approvals, or outcomes.

Safety status

  • Meta authorization required before connection.
  • AI replies are OFF by default.
  • Disconnect will be available later.
  • Data deletion is available by request.
  • Human review is recommended before enabling automation.

Availability

This page is a readiness placeholder. The Facebook Page connection feature is not enabled from this page yet, and this page does not change Meta settings or submit App Review.

AI replies are not active until the account owner explicitly enables them after the required authorization, review, and safety setup are complete.
