Use this page to request deletion of SmartBiz account, connected Page, automation setting, and support data where technically and legally possible.

SmartBiz is operated by E STREAM MEDIA EMPIRE, a Malaysia-registered business.
Deletion requests are handled by email at admin@estreamedia.my.
How to request deletion
Email admin@estreamedia.my with the suggested subject:

Use the same email address you use for SmartBiz when possible.
What to include
- Your Facebook account or business name.
- Your connected Facebook Page name, if a Page was connected.
- Your SmartBiz account email.
- A short note saying what data you want deleted.
Website account and tester feedback
You may request deletion of SmartBiz website account data, support records, and tester feedback data where technically and legally possible.
Use the same SmartBiz account email when possible and include a short note describing the data category you want reviewed.
Future WhatsApp or Messenger chat data
If SmartBiz later enables WhatsApp or Messenger subscriber handling, you may request deletion of relevant SmartBiz channel records or tester feedback where technically and legally possible.
Do not include full chat exports or sensitive customer data in the request. Provide only enough information to identify the request safely, such as your SmartBiz account email, business or channel display name, and the general data category.
Data SmartBiz can delete
SmartBiz can delete connected Page authorization metadata, automation settings, account records, support records, and related service data where technically and legally possible.
Data that may be retained
Some security, billing, legal, audit, or abuse-prevention logs may be retained where required or where retention is needed to protect the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, or prevent misuse.
What not to include
Do not include card details, passwords, login codes, cookies, private account settings, full chat exports, or private customer data in deletion requests.
Manual review
Deletion requests may require manual review and identity or context verification before SmartBiz can process the request.
Disconnecting connected channels
If your Facebook Page was connected to SmartBiz, the deletion process can include removing stored authorization metadata and automation settings from SmartBiz systems where possible. You may also need to remove app access from your Meta account or business settings.
