This is a non-functional readiness preview. Future disconnect later controls will be shown only after a properly approved connection exists.

This page does not register a WhatsApp number, request SMS or voice verification, collect tokens, call external channel APIs, connect a WABA, or send customer messages.

  2. Owner completes WhatsApp Business prerequisites outside this public preview.
  3. Future setup verifies authorized channel status after proper approval.
  4. Webhook receiver readiness can be reviewed without live replies.
  5. AI reply OFF remains the default.
  6. Outbound queue OFF remains the default.
  7. Human handoff and review are required before any customer reply.

Authorization boundary

A WhatsApp number alone is not enough to activate SmartBiz. Future setup requires owner action, approved channel configuration, secure secrets handling, and explicit testing before any live workflow is enabled.

SmartBiz will not ask users to paste tokens, secrets, app credentials, phone verification codes, or customer phone numbers into this page.
