Know the SmartBiz path before you pay or request channel setup.

This page explains the safe path from public SmartBiz pages to verified Advisor X access and later owner-assisted WhatsApp or Messenger setup. It does not create an account, start checkout, connect providers, send messages, or enable automation.

Start with the homepage, free buyer readiness tool, pricing, support, privacy, terms, and data deletion pages so you understand the product and safety boundaries.

Use the free tool

The Buyer Readiness Score helps you understand the SmartBiz idea before paying. It is not a payment step and does not activate a trial.

Step 3

Start Advisor X

Paid access requires completed and verified Stripe Checkout. Public pages do not mean trial activation or payment success has happened.

Step 4

Request setup review

After verified access, property agents can request owner-assisted WhatsApp Business or Messenger setup review using safe business details only.

Step 5

Run ads after gates

Ads should wait until website, support, opt-out, payment, channel, and manual handoff gates are verified in production smoke.

  • n8n automation: OFF.
  • Meta Review: paused/secondary.
  • Public users cannot connect WhatsApp or Messenger directly from this page.

Before paying

Review the product, pricing, and channel readiness pages. Do not enter card details unless you intend to use Stripe Checkout through the official signup flow.

After verified checkout

Use Advisor X and the dashboard for buyer strategy/report preparation. Then request owner-assisted channel setup review if WhatsApp or Messenger matters for your workflow.

Before live channels

Provider authorization, inbound evidence, AI draft testing, outbound messaging, and n8n automation require separate owner-approved gates and production smoke.

What paid subscribers can expect later

  • Manual and controlled onboarding before automation.
  • No self-serve live messaging until separately approved.

Do not send card details, passwords, OTP or 2FA codes, API tokens, webhook signing secrets, cookies, raw logs, Page IDs, PSIDs, phone number IDs, message bodies, chat exports, or private customer data through chat, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, or support forms.

After a channel setup request

Possible setup status states

These states explain what may happen after a future setup request. They are not live account status and do not mean WhatsApp or Messenger has been connected.

Submitted

Your setup details were received for manual review.

Owner review

SmartBiz/Jerry reviews safe setup details before any next step.

Needs more information

You may be asked for safe business context only, not secrets or private customer data.

Rejected: sensitive data

Card/payment details, tokens, raw logs, Page IDs, PSIDs, full chat exports, phone numbers, and private customer data cannot be processed.

Support handoff

Privacy, deletion, payment, or sensitive-data issues move to support/manual handling.

Blocked

Live provider setup, live sends, AI reply, outbound messaging, and n8n automation remain blocked until separately approved.

Trusted server intake and email fallback are both manual intake paths. Neither path connects providers, enables live automation, enables AI live reply, enables outbound messaging, or enables n8n.
