Future WhatsApp setup will use a guided WhatsApp Business Platform onboarding path. SmartBiz will not claim control of a personal WhatsApp account, scrape chats, or ask users to paste private credentials.

Authorization required

SmartBiz will not accept phone numbers, QR code screenshots, private access details, screenshots of private settings, or chat exports as a substitute for proper business authorization and channel setup.

What connection may enable later

  • Help a property agent connect an approved WhatsApp Business channel.
  • Receive inbound buyer conversation events only after the channel is configured and owner-approved.
  • Prepare AI-assisted buyer strategy and follow-up drafts after safety gates are enabled.
